1. บัตรประชาชน(ID/Passport)

2. วุฒิการศึกษา, ประวัติการทำงาน(Academic Certificate/Resume)

3. จดหมายรับรองจากนายจ้าง(ถ้ามี)

*มีค่าสมัคร 350 บาท (ค่าฝึกอบรม 150 บาท และค่าตรวจประวัติอาชญากรรม 200 บาท)
