While this struggle is exaggerated by the pandemic, it is not new anymore. The clash between work and care, especially for mothers, existed long before Covid-19 closed daycares and schools.
Indeed, The condition of employment discrimination against caregivers were climbing in the decade before the pandemic and now show sign of an even higher.
You should use the guidelines to prevent discrimination and ensure equal opportunity employment, including hiring, firing, compensation, increasing salary, recruitment, posting a job or requesting an agencyâs help, benefits, disability leaves, and other terms and conditions of employment.
