Government Legislations
At the end of 2012, The Royal Thai Government legislated Ministerial Regulation No.14, B.E. 2555 (2012). This regulation is a supplement to the existing coverage of domestic workers stipulated in Thailandâs Labor Protection Act B.E. 2541 (1998) and as specified by Ministerial Regulation B.E. 2541 (1998).
We summarized some important points from our existing law as well as from the relevant sections under the Labor Protection Act.
