Government Legislations At the end of 2012, The Royal Thai Government legislated Ministerial Regulation No.14, B.E. 2555 (2012). This regulation is a supplement to the existing coverage of domestic workers stipulated in Thailand’s Labor Protection Act B.E. 2541 (1998) and as specified by Ministerial Regulation B.E. 2541 (1998).
