Core Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management
Conduct interviews and create caregiver profiles
Manage caregiver database
Arrange interview appointments
Find matches between customer and nanny/ maids
Monitor incoming payments
Suggest ways to improve sales

Skills and Qualifications

Degree in BBA or BA in any related fields
1 year experience in sales or any related fields
Proficiency in Thai and English language
Excellent communication skills
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
Computer literacy, experience working with sales programs, CRM programs, etc.
Ability to generate sales report
Ability to work in a small team

Core Responsibilities

Responsible for posting job vacancies
Update Facebook and social post
make a phone call for interviews pre-employment
check background investigations and reference checks
give qualification information to interviewer
decide whether to accept or reject applicants

Skills and Qualifications

Degree: B.B.A. or B.A. in any related area
1 year experience in HR or any related area
Proficiency in Thai and English language
Excellent communication skills
Good typing and forms in CRM programs
Attention to detail
Reporting skills
Ability to work in a small team
