Newsletter – expansion HR team

As 2019 has started so has the growth of Kiidu. We are happy to welcome three new members to the Kiidu team to help us provide the best service possible.

First off, we have Peach, one of our new members in the HR team. She has experience in being an au pair in an international environment and thus she has direct experience in being a caregiver. She will be able to leverage this background to help find better caregivers for our customers. She is very excited to start working with us. Her focus will be on developing new partnerships, training, and development of caregivers and general HR best practices.

Our second new joiner is Ashwin. He will bring with him a wealth of experience working in several startups in the SEA region. He will be helping us develop our HR department towards international and regional standards by utilizing his educational and previous work experience. One of his goals is to introduce policies to help empower our caregivers.

Our last, but not least, new joiner is Kaem. She has worked as a lawyer before and will make sure Kiidu is in full compliance, and stays in compliance, with the laws. This will help us protect our customers and caregivers to the best of our abilities.

These additions to the team allow us to provide more support for our caregivers to help them do the best job possible for our customers.
